Compassionate care — supporting and watching over your pet
Animals that cannot speak often give signals when something is wrong with their bodies. We believe it is the hospital’s mission to help owners notice those signals, understand them, and guide their pets toward improvement. At our clinic we first listen carefully to the owner to understand the symptoms shown by the pet. We then observe, listen, smell, and perform a physical examination. Based on those findings we select appropriate tests such as bloodwork, x-rays, and ultrasound to reach a diagnosis. Even for the same disease, treatment options can vary. Because treatment plans depend on each owner’s wishes, we emphasize clear informed consent so that owners can choose the best treatment plan for their pet.
〈Services〉
  • Preventive care — vaccinations / rabies / microchip implantation / sterilization surgery
  • General internal medicine (dermatology, gastroenterology, urology, hematology)
  • General surgery (gastrointestinal surgery, thoracic surgery, urologic surgery, soft-tissue surgery)

Specialized Medical Treatment

We have established a system that allows a wide range of treatment options. We collaborate with experienced specialists in respiratory & circulatory medicine, oncology, and orthopedics to provide specialty clinics and specialist-performed surgeries. Both are by appointment only. For particularly difficult cases we also arrange referrals to advanced medical institutions.
Dermatology
Dermatology
Finding the cause and aiming for the best treatment
Skin diseases are often caused by multiple factors such as genetics, living environment, breed, or other internal diseases, and they are difficult to cure without addressing those causes.
At our clinic we do more than suppress symptoms: we take time to speak with owners and work to identify underlying causes. Skin disease treatments offer many options, and care routines or dietary therapy can sometimes place a burden on owners. We build realistic treatment plans together while listening to the owner’s preferences. Please consult us if you need a second opinion for long-term, treatment-resistant skin disease.

Leading-edge diagnosis and treatment for heart disease
Our cardiology service evaluates and treats dogs and cats with cardiovascular disorders. We focus on diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, arrhythmias, and related conditions. We use various tests and imaging to assess cardiac function and structure and choose the most appropriate therapies. Active treatment, supportive care, or other interventions are applied as needed.
Our clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostic devices to detect cardiac abnormalities early. Because treatment varies by symptom and stage, we tailor the approach to each patient to help prevent progression. For concerns about your pet’s heart or routine cardiac checkups, please consult our team.

Orthopedic surgery
Expert surgical care providing reliable support
Our clinic places strong emphasis on surgical treatment. Fractures and other surgical cases are often transferred because primary clinics may not be able to manage them. At our facility, we provide surgical care, hospitalization, and post-discharge support with minimal burden on the pet. We have extensive experience diagnosing and treating joint disorders and cranial cruciate ligament injuries, and we offer specialist-level surgical treatments using the skills and expertise of our team. If another clinic considers a case difficult to treat, we can help — please consult us first.
〈Examples of conditions treated〉
Joint disorders (luxation, ligament injuries), specialized joint surgeries (TPO, TPLO, various osteotomies, various joint stabilization procedures), spinal and spinal cord diseases including intervertebral disc disease, fractures and bone disorders (limb, pelvic, vertebral fractures), atlantoaxial instability, rehabilitation

Anesthesiology
Gentle anesthesia, like what we would want for our own family
When an animal family member requires anesthesia for diagnosis or treatment, the team must manage surgical pain, life-threatening events during anesthesia, discomfort from anesthetics or analgesics, and postoperative complications to ensure a comfortable recovery. The anesthesiology and surgical teams carry this responsibility. Our anesthesiology team stands with your pet in place of the family, applying all knowledge and experience to relieve pain and discomfort and protect life. “Providing gentle anesthesia as if for our own family” is one of our core principles.
〈Examples of services〉
From routine spay/neuter to high-risk anesthesia for secondary care, we handle approximately 1,500 anesthesia cases per year and provide anesthesia consulting services to individual hospitals.

We listen to owners’ wishes and discuss options until they are satisfied, presenting the best treatment for the animal. Drawing on our own and our specialists’ many clinical cases, we provide the necessary information so you can feel confident. Early detection, diagnosis, and treatment are crucial.
